Barrister Muhammad Sarfaraz Ali Metlo, President and his cabinet SHCBA held joint meeting with CJP Mr. Justice Yahya Afridi and Mr Justice Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar, Chief Justice High Court of Sindh and discussed issues faced by Bar and litigant public including behavior of judges with Lawyers, Model Courts for civil and criminal cases to reduce delay in dispensation of justice, notifying District and Additional District Judges to conduct civil trials of cases valued above Rs.65 million, construction of judicial complex to house 125 Courts in City Court, solarization of Courts, Bar Rooms and Digital Libraries across the Province of Sindh, Provision of Legal Aid (Rs.50,000/-) for each pauper case from the funds of LJCP, Mediation trainings and Establishment of SHCBA Mediation Centre with branches across the province of Sindh, distant learning on video link of Federal Judicial Academy sessions, expediting existing infrastructure construction projects to be completed within shortest time, inclusion of young lawyers in LJCP’s legislative committee nominated by President SHCBA, inclusion of Barrister Muhammad Sarfaraz Ali Metlo in the LJCP ADR committee for swift implementation of ADR in the country, appointment judges in Sindh High Court from the minorities, District Judiciary and women, issues faced by young lawyers.
